Heinz Doofenshmirtz, also known as Dr. Doofenshmirtz, is a 47 year old evil scientest, but not an actual doctor, as he bought the degree off the internet. He enjoy's self destruct buttons, musical numbers, Love Händel. His main goal right now is to take over the tri-state area, which he attempts through various schemes and inventions, almost all of which fail, either through the actions of Perry or his own incompentence. He also founded an orginization of evil scientests called L.O.V.E M.U.F.F.I.N

Doofenshmirtz relationships with his family is strained at best, expect for his daughter Vanessa, who he adores. His parents are distant and cold, who didn't show up to his birth and blatently favored his brother Roger, which started a lifelong one-sided rivarly with his brother. He is also divorced, and lives off alimony from his wife. He is a "frienemy" to Perry the Platypus, as the enjoy the process of thawrting schemes, and have been seen taking care of each other.
